Bo Thorsen, CEO & Founder

Bo is a talented manager and software developer with over 22 years of experience. Bo has a long list of successful projects in his career span, he excels as a manager, developer, lead developer, software architect, or project leader. He mentors and leads people in order to deliver the best possible solutions. Bo is flexible, open-minded and easy to work with, he tends to thrive in situations where there is a lot of responsibility and many challenges. He is known for his sense of humour, and plenty of self-motivation. Many of his 22 years have been spent working with projects in an international environment.

Kristina Thorsen, Co-Founder & HR Director

Kristina is the bones of the organisation. Everything that needs to happen to keep the company working well lands on her desk; accounting, invoicing, recruitment, office management, implementing new procedures, staff appraisals. Kristina ensures the smooth running of our offices on a day-to-day basis. Typically, the first contact for recruits will also be Kristina, and the Viking Software culture & ethics & passion are very close to her heart.

Germaine H Moltke-Leth, Global Sales Manager

Germaine has 28 years of experience in sales, leadership, & product development. She enjoy working with new start-ups or organisations looking to move into new markets or expand into new product areas. Her focus within Viking Software is to cultivate, manage and leverage client relationships & to expand the solution portfolio. Almost all her career has been spent in technical solution sales. Germaine brings with her international & cross-cultural experiences having lived in eight countries across 3 continents & managing global projects in over 50 countries.

Development team

Our development team members all have university masters in computer science and an absolute minimum of 5 years of commercial experience before joining us. Most of our developers have over ten years of B2B experience. We have an understanding of the development requirements, as well as the in-house expertise to complete the project. CVs of our teams’ background, including their tool-kit and skills, will be provided as soon as we start talking to you about your requirements.
