Our development team members all have university masters in computer science and an absolute minimum of 5 years of commercial experience before joining us. Most of our developers have over ten years of B2B experience. We have an understanding of the development requirements, as well as the in-house expertise to complete the project. Bo Thorsen
Co-Founder & CEO

Bo is a talented manager and software developer with over 22 years of experience. Bo has a long list of successful projects in his career span, he excels as a manager, developer, lead developer, software architect, or project leader. He mentors and leads people in order to deliver the best possible solutions. Bo is flexible, open-minded and easy to work with, he tends to thrive in situations where there is a lot of responsibility and many challenges. He is known for his sense of humour, and plenty of self-motivation. Many of his 22 years have been spent working with projects in an international environment.

Kristina Thorsen
Co-Founder & COO

Kristina is the co-founder of Viking Software and the company’s COO. As such, Kristina is responsible for the company’s daily operation and our main office. Everything from accounting, invoicing, office management, and implementing new procedures to recruitment and staff appraisals land on Kristina’s desk. She keeps the company running smoothly while ensuring that every employee thrives. As co-founders, Kristina and Bo share the final decision-making, when it comes to the company.

Furthermore, Kristina is the heart of the company and the force behind Viking Software’s culture and core values.

Maria Grøn Lisberg
Marketing Specialist

Maria has a master’s degree in International Marketing and has worked with multiple smaller B2B businesses. Starting at Viking Software in the spring of 2021, she is the hand behind most of what you see: She manages the website, posts updates on social media, writes content and press releases, and produces graphics, videos, and items for print. Moreover, she is the go-to person when the team has a good story or idea, which she will grab and make into great Viking Software content.
